Outpatient Visit Guide of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Hospital
All medical staff of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Hospital are willing to provide you with the best possible service and high-quality medical technology. To make your visit more convenient, we hereby introduce the basic information for seeking medical care as follows:
1.The hospital provides outpatient services every day, including weekends and public holidays. Our outpatient hours are 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day, including public holidays.2.Please bring your ID card, medical insurance card, patient card, and medical record book when you visit. If you are visiting our hospital for the first time, a patient card can be processed at the cashier window. We now accept WeChat Pay, cash, and UnionPay card payments.
3.Please comply with the hospital’s epidemic prevention and control regulations, wear a mask properly, and cooperate with pre-examination and triage staff for temperature measurement and filling out the epidemiological investigation form.
4.After your patient card is processed, go to the department you need to visit to register, and wait for your turn according to the calling number. If your condition changes or you feel any discomfort while waiting, please contact a nurse or doctor immediately so as not to delay your treatment. To maintain medical order and protect patient privacy, each doctor sees only one patient at a time, and patients with limited mobility may be accompanied by only one family member.
